Star Wars: Legacy Book 1

Today Dark Horse releases Star Wars: Legacy Book 1, a new hardcover collection of the epic comic saga from John Ostrander and Jan Duursema. Weighing in at over 400 pages, it contains roughly the first third of the series, including the first two major arcs, Broken and Claws of the Dragon. If you missed this series in its original run in monthlies or trade paperbacks, now’s the perfect time to catch up. Legacy is among the very best of the Expanded Universe, so you’ll be glad you did.

The next hardcover volume, Book 2, releases in September. In the meantime, don’t miss the latest outstanding Ostrander-Duursema collaboration, Dawn of the Jedi, which recently published its tenth issue, and the new Volume 2 storyline of Legacy from Gabriel Hardman and Corinna Bechko starring Ania Solo, which releases issue #4 next week.
