Celebrating the 200th Episode of Nerd Lunch

Nerd Lunch 4th Chair ArmyThis week the Nerd Lunch podcast released its 200th episode and I am more than happy to join in on the celebration. I’ve only been making appearances on the show for about a year but it feels like a lot longer – and I mean that in a good way. From feeling like I’d been reunited with a long lost brother when I first started interacting with CT, to now counting all three of the hosts as friends I always enjoy my time with this group. I’ve been honored to be a part of their Star Wars Drilldown group and have had fun discussing Doctor Who, The Muppets, and The Rocketeer this past year too.

You can hear more about how I got involved with the show and some of my favorite experiences from it by listening to the episode below as I’m one of the “in-studio” guests on this special podcast.

To hear more Nerd Lunch episodes I’ve been a part of, check out FANgirl’s Nerd Lunch tag. And if you’re looking for the Be a Better Nerd episode Michael and I talk about, here it is.

Also feel free to play “spot the FANgirl pin” in the show’s image.

You can also find Nerd Lunch on iTunes and Stitcher.

Happy 200th, friends.

She grew up wanting to be an astronaut. After seeing Star Wars, she wanted to be Princess Leia, Han Solo, and an astronaut. Life’s taken her on a bit of a different path, but she’s okay with that. Kay is FANgirl's resident geek fashion expert and co-host of the Hyperspace Theories podcast. She reviews books and movies for the site with a heart for storytelling and a mind that likes to analyze. Kay's been a guest on various podcasts sharing her love and knowledge of storytelling, film-making, fashion, and of course, Star Wars. Most days are filled with her work as a creative services professional - designing websites & branding, photographing, voice acting, editing, and more. Kay spends the little bit of free time she has reading, costuming, and, of course, making pew pew noises. She would pick up more jobs and hobbies if she was a Time Lord.
