WYNDE: Romance Is In The Air

Valentine’s Day has been an important part of my blogging career. I’m not going to lie – having the opportunity to pitch and write Suvudu posts which featured art of my favorite Star Wars couples were some of coolest things I have ever done. And my love for Han/Leia, Jaina/Jag, and Wedge/Iella has not faded like blooms days after they’re given on a lovers’ holiday. I did take away from the experience a desire to create my own stories about characters of all types finding strength in loving another person. In my space opera I believe I have started that journey.

At the end of December, I kept up my tradition of a holiday treat for my readers by posting an audio excerpt from Wynde. While I’m waiting for Star Wars to find its romance groove, I decided to focus my Valentine’s Day energy on spotlighting what I hope to be a ‘ship that legions will love in the future. Where better to start than the first time Vespa and Badge meet in person? As an added bonus, the chapter begins with a fun scene for Gemini, too.

As with the Chapter One excerpt, Kay did the audio recording and the incredible artwork of Vespa and the other characters is by Magali Villeneuve.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
