January 2014 Preview

Happy New Year!

Wynde is published! I’ll be sharing all the details about how to buy it in print and ebook formats. January will be a busy month in many other ways, as well, with Star Wars news expected imminently and lots more excitement ahead for 2014.


Wynde – I’m eager to share my novel Wynde with everyone, and to talk about the story, its characters, and my goals for the book. In addition, look for a sneak peek at art for several of the main characters.

She is co-author of Ultimate Star Wars and Star Wars Visual Encyclopedia from DK Publishing, a featured writer for Star Wars Insider magazine with numerous articles on the Hero's Journey. Her FANgirl opinions can be heard on the podcasts Hyperspace Theories and Fangirls Going Rogue.

Tricia Barr's novel, Wynde, won the 2014 Independent Publisher Book Award Gold Medal for Best Science Fiction/Fantasy/Horror Ebook.     Speaking of television, there is a series named “Orphan Black” that is great show with a female lead. Has anyone seen it? The lead actress, Tatiana Maslany, is nommed for a Golden Globe – and well-deserved, in my opinion.
