Kay and The Empire Strikes Back on Nerd Lunch

Leia and pilots in The Empire Strikes Back
Leia gets things done.

Nerd Lunch‘s Leia has returned to the podcast for another round of Star Wars movie drilldown! And this time I’m joining some of my favorite guys to discuss my favorite Star Wars movie (so far) – The Empire Strikes Back.

Michael May from Kill All Monsters also returns and along with regular hosts CT, Pax, and Jeeg, there’s a bunch of different perspectives about this movie sitting at the table. It makes for some interesting discussion.

Leia and Han from Empire Strikes Back
Some of the best faces are made in this movie.

I know there are people out there who think Empire is what everyone’s supposed to say when asked which episode is their favorite, but I don’t believe that. Like whichever movie you want to like the most. This one happens to be mine and I’m glad to have a chance to talk about exactly why that is.

Highlights include CT breaking into song in my honor, talk of Kershner’s and Kasdan’s effects on the franchise, Lando feelings, Leia musings, and special editions changes.
