Linda Interviews Star Wars Author Paul S. Kemp

Following my recent review of Deceived, I caught up with Paul S. Kemp, author of Star Wars EU books Crosscurrent, Riptide, and Deceived, as well as several popular fantasy series books, including the Forgotten Realms Erevis Cale series. His new novel, The Hammer and the Blade, is being released on June 26, 2012, and is available for preorder. Paul is an attorney, writer, and father to twin seven-year-old boys and a three-month-old daughter. I found Paul to be both insightful and funny in discussing his novels, parenthood, writing, and a few deeper philosophical concepts.
Linda has been a Star Wars fan from the time she saw Episode IV in the theatre with her parents and insisted on being Han Solo while playing with the neighborhood kids. She’s now a fangirl who splits her time learning to twirl a bo staff like Ray Park, jumping horses, writing fanfic she dreams up on her commute to work, and spending time with her husband and their own feisty Padawan version of Ahsoka.
