Nerd Lunch Watches the Ewok Movies with Kay
If you’re a regular listener of the Nerd Lunch podcast, you’re familiar with our Star Wars panel. Hosts Pax, CT, and Jeeg along with guests Michael May and I have assembled numerous times to watch and discuss how we got into Star Wars as well as every Star Wars movie released in theaters so far.
Clearly we missed each other and were looking for another reason to get together before The Last Jedi. Turns out, there were two movies that technically were released in theaters in Europe (while they only aired on TV in the US) that we hadn’t discussed yet – Caravan of Courage – An Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor.
Some of us had seen these already as kids and for some it was a brand new experience. Listen in as we run through all the highs and lows of watching these two films as Star-Wars-loving adults. Laugh as we attempt to reason out where these movies could take place in the movie timeline and throw out wild ideas of how they could connect to The Force Awakens and beyond.
You can find Nerd Lunch #277 – Star Wars Panel: Ewok Movie Drill Downs on iTunes, Stitcher, and Libsyn as well as embedded below.
