WYNDE Around The Web: May 11, 2014

In case you missed it, my novel Wynde won the Gold Medal for Best Science Fiction/Fantasy/Horror Ebook in the 2014 Independent Publisher Book Awards! I’m still processing that fact, so I’ll share more about what that means to me at a later date. Even more important than awards is some of the great feedback I have been receiving. Thanks to everyone who takes a moment to share your thoughts. Feedback and reviews are an author’s lifeblood.

Just a reminder: here are all the things you can do to support my novel. Special thanks to author Janine Spendlove and Johnamarie Macias of The Wookiee Gunner for highlighting my award on their websites last week. Bryan Young gave me a chance to share my thoughts as a storyteller at Big Shiny Robot, including how Star Wars specifically influenced me as a writer.

Twitter has been especially fun this past week, as new fans jump into the adventures of Vespa and her team of heroes.

Kudos to @MediocreJedi for getting into the story and having some fun with Wisper’s Twitter account.
