Taking Action on X-Wing: Mercy Kill

Mercy Kill has been getting rave reviews around the fandom. While the fans know and love the series, it’s word of mouth to people outside the fandom that helps generate new fans and helps create successful books. One of the members of my GeekGirlCon panel last weekend hadn’t read Fate of the Jedi or any previous X-Wing series books, and she found Allston’s book engaging and enjoyable. Mercy Kill is an action-adventure romp with great female characters, so I immediately thought of Katrina Hill’s Action Flick Chick website as a place to spread the X-Wing series love.
