Assembly of Geeks Considers Superman: Friend or Foe

This week’s Assembly of Geeks episode “Superman: Friend or Foe” is posted. From the show notes:

Superman, Spiderman, Batman and a rebellion are the focus of today’s episode.  It all starts with geeky reactions to the newly released Star Wars: Rebels trailer and the Episode VII casting announcement.

Today’s Geek Assembly meeting is all about Superman as we discuss Joe Quesada’s recent comments about Superman playing the villain in Man of Steel and Zach Snyder’s comments about people’s attachment to Christopher Reeve’s Superman.  All of this is happening as plans move forward for a Justice League movie.

We’ll also discuss Batman Day, a new Spiderman character, Marvel’s Netflix shows and a Halo TV series.  Bobby Blakey, the Mighty Movie Master, gives us his review of The Amazing Spiderman 2.

You can also subscribe to the show on iTunes.
