With only a month to go before Celebration Anaheim, March has a lot of excitement in store for Star Wars fans.

Star Wars Rebels Season One Finale – March begins with the epic season finale of Star Wars Rebels, “Fire Across the Galaxy.” In addition to a retrospective on the first season here at FANgirl, we’ll also have extensive thoughts on Rebels in the March edition of the Hyperspace Theories podcast.

Fangirls Going Rogue – The fangirls help you get ready for Celebration with more advice and suggestions for preparing for the convention. We’ll have some great guests joining us for this month’s episode, too.

Heroines Abound – March is a big month for heroines. The first two issues of Marvel’s Princess Leia mini-series debut. Both The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 and The Legend of Korra: Book Four: Balance release on Blu-ray and DVD. And Disney unveils its latest live-action retelling, Cinderella from director Kenneth Branagh and screenwriter Chris Weitz, recently reported to be working on the first standalone Star Wars movie.
